Emotions! That is what has always defined the label, KILIAN KERNER. Each and every collection is developed through a world of emotions, worldliness, experiences and fast-lived moments.
Kilian Kerner (1979) was born and raised in Cologne. He studied drama in his hometown and Berlin, performed at the theatre and worked in TV and Film until he set up his label KILIAN KERNER.
Kilian Kerner´s ninth collection »Tagebucheinträge« was carried by the online platform Vogue.com. For the first time, a three-piece video series about a young aspiring designer was shot. Summer 2008, Kilian Kerner decides to show at the Mercedes- Benz Fashion Week in Berlin and January 2011 will see him present his label there for the sixth consecutive time.
Last year Suzy Menkes praised Kilian Kerner. When asked the question who she thinks could become the next big German designer she said, »I consider Kilian Kerner to be very resorcefull« (Quality, Dec/Jan 2010)
